This extremely popular virtual workshop has received rave reviews from the nearly 450 Women's Connection participants who have experienced the program to-date. Many have called it "Life Changing".

The Unpacking Whiteness Workshop enables participants to understand and explore white privilege in a non-judgmental environment. White privilege is defined as the benefits that accrue to people solely on the basis of skin color. (It is not a measure of how hard an individual works.) As a result, this program is specifically targeted for people who identify as white.

Carefully selected weekly materials take participants on a progressive journey together, delving deeply into the origins of systemic racism and the resultant impacts. Utilizing a deep listening format that enables every voice to be heard, participants' stories, experiences, and feelings are shared in a respectful, confidential manner.
