A Three-Part Collaboration
Women's Connection is governed by a Board of Directors. Our Board has fiduciary responsibility for steering the organization toward a sustainable future by adopting sound ethical, legal and financial management policies, as well as by making sure we have adequate resources to advance our mission.
Our Executive Director, Darla Hastings, leads the organization on a national level, with responsibility for strategic planning and execution, financial management, compliance, internal and external communication, marketing, chapter support, and daily operations.
Chapter Chairs head up leadership teams that are responsible for hosting workshops and events, overseeing the formation of peer groups and special interest groups, and ensuring the quality of members' experience in their chapters.
