The Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter supports women as they make the most out of their "50 years and forward" transition journey. We learn from and support each other as we experience the changes that occur at this stage of life.

We welcome any woman interested in joining our vibrant chapter. The membership experience may involve participation in Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Peer Groups (PGs), the Caring Collaborative, learning opportunities, and social gatherings. Membership is as rich and deep as each member chooses to make it.

Join us for our Potluck Picnic on Wednesday, August 12th! Bring your favorite dish to share, enjoy good food and great conversation, and reconnect with friends in a relaxed summer setting. As part of our gathering, we'll also be collecting new underwear and socks to donate to The Drawer, helping provide essential items to neighbors in need. Your donation, in any size or quantity, will make a meaningful difference. We hope you'll join us for a fun afternoon of fellowship and giving back!

New Retiree Peer Group Forming

Retirement is the beginning of an exciting new chapter—and it's even better when you have others to share it with! If you're newly retired (or just ready to connect with people in the same stage of life), join our New Retiree Peer Group this fall. Led by Denise R., this new group is a great place to make friends, share experiences, discover new opportunities, and enjoy the adventure of what's next. Come be part of the fun!

Join us for a special event presented by our own member, Elisa Berneck! Elisa will share practical tips and techniques to help us become more engaging and confident storytellers. Whether you're sharing family memories, speaking to a group, or simply want to tell a better story, you'll come away with ideas you can use right away.

Then, put your new skills into practice at a second session in October, where participants will have the opportunity to share their own stories in a fun, supportive event inspired by The Moth. Whether you choose to tell a story or simply enjoy listening, it promises to be an entertaining and memorable experience. We hope you'll join us for both events!
