We’ll meet at Creative Flow Art Center
110 77th Way NE, Fridley, MN 55432
Facilitator: Emily Robinson
This two-hour gallery experience invites participants to deepen their connection with art through observation and conversation. During the first 30 minutes, we’ll explore the artwork on display, practicing intentional looking and noticing details we might otherwise miss—composition, color, texture, symbolism, and emotional tone.
Afterward, participants will select a favorite piece from the exhibition and gather for a facilitated group discussion. Why did this work stand out? What questions does it raise? What personal connections or interpretations emerge? Through open dialogue, we’ll discover how differently—and beautifully—we each experience the same artwork.
No art background is necessary. Whether you’re a practicing artist or simply curious, this class offers a welcoming space to slow down, share perspectives, and engage more deeply with the art around you.
Art Appreciation does not meet June-August, but if you want to visit an exhibit or know of an art event during that time, feel free to send a note to our group through the GROUP button on our chapter’s home page. Thank you!
