Art Appreciation

General Information

The purpose of this group is to connect women who enjoy viewing, discussing, and learning about art. From September through May we explore one aspect of art: an element of art, a particular art medium, an art movement, a specific artist, or an exhibit. Our focus is on increasing our knowledge of art.

Event Information

The Art Appreciation group is taking a break for the summer. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to lead a discussion this past session.

If you want to visit an exhibit or know of an art event during the summer, feel free to send a note to our group through the GROUP button on our chapter’s home page. Thank you!

We rotate leadership of the meetings among the participants. A volunteer selects an art topic or exhibit and guides the discussion. Start thinking about what topic you’d like to share this fall!
