Welcome to Neighborhood Walks!

River East
Meet at 9:00am on the west side of Michigan Ave. and Wacker Drive (by the stairs to the riverwalk).

We will explore parts of the River East neighborhood, walking along the Chicago Riverwalk toward the lake and continue to the river mouth.  We will walk a short distance on the lakefront trail to DuSable Harbor, then head west through Maggie Daly Park to Lakeshore East Park.  Following our walk we will meet for coffee @ the Drunken Bean Coffee and Wine Bar, then return to Michigan Ave. via Randolph St.  
 
PLEASE NOTE:  We will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time before beginning the walk. If you're no longer able to attend, please cancel on this event page so we know not to wait for you.

The neighborhood walk is free of charge. Attendees pay for their own coffee.
