NYC (P) – Wall Street History and Tavern Tour (4:00 PM)
About this event
Wednesday, August 26, 2026, 4:00 PM
We’ll stroll by the “cathedrals to capitalism” associated with the area’s days as financial hub—from the former US Customs House and the New York Stock Exchange to Federal Hall – along with some of the classic taverns that hosted Washington, Lincoln and Mark Twain.
And what would make this tour even more refreshing?
Why, stops at several of those historic bars for refreshment. Come with a thirst for history -- or just a thirst!
The cost of drinks is separate and out of pocket. You must buy a drink at each location, even if you don’t drink it.
We will meet in front of the Museum of the American Indian at Bowling Green and end at Hanover Square.
