About this event
Saturday, June 20, 2026, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Have changes in your personal or professional life left you feeling adrift?
Any major life transition can leave us questioning our identity and create confusing shifts in how we imagine our future.
If you need a new vision for your life, our Women in Transition workshop may be a good place to start. Based on William Bridges' influential work, Transitions: Making Sense of Life's Changes, the workshop provides a guiding framework for:
- Understanding the process you travel through when you're in a transition
- Discovering what's most important and energizing for you at this stage of your life, and
- Creating a personal action plan
One of the most valuable aspects of this workshop is that you'll explore your transition with an inspiring and supportive group of women who are taking a similar journey. The connections you make in this community will not only enrich your experience during the workshop but can also lead to friendships for the rest of your life.
Here's what past participants have said about the workshop:
“I have come away with a great action plan and deeper sense of compassion for myself and how far I have come.”
“It’s good to know that we don’t have to go through this alone.”
“I learned many tools for going through transitions with grace.”
“It felt like a breath of fresh air and was wonderful to be around kindred spirits who have similar struggles.”
We will be meeting from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with time for lunch on your own.
