Your Next Edit:
A Practical Workshop to Rethink Retirement: What’s Working,
What’s Not -- And What’s Next
Wednesday, June 10 – 7 to 8 pm Eastern
Most women reach a point where something feels… off. Not necessarily broken, but no longer quite right. This isn’t just about retirement. It’s about recognizing when your life, your work, or your routine needs an edit—and knowing what to do next.
Join author, Retirement Coach and C2C member, Andrea Maizes, for an interactive one-hour workshop where we’ll step back and look at how to approach change in a more practical, less overwhelming way.
Using a simple framework and one powerful exercise from her recent book, Your Next Edit, you’ll start to clarify what’s working, what isn’t, and where you may be ready for something different.
Whether you’re still working, thinking about retirement, or already there and wondering “now what?”, this session will give you a way to move forward with more intention—and less guesswork.

About Andrea
Andrea Maizes, ACC, CPRC, spent more than 35 years as a senior HR executive leading large organizations and navigating high-stakes change. When she stepped away from her career, she expected freedom. What she didn’t expect was the identity crisis that followed.
Now a certified executive and retirement coach, Andrea helps high-achieving professionals figure out who they are beyond the title. She works with people who are financially prepared for retirement — but unsure what their days, purpose, and identity will look like when they step away from their career.
Andrea believes retirement isn’t the end of the story. It’s an edit — keeping what still fits, cutting what doesn’t, and intentionally shaping what comes next.
