About this event

What does it mean to have adenocarcinoma or sarcoma? What is a PET scan, a PET-CT scan, an MRI, and an SPECT scan? What is the difference between complete and partial remission, cure vs remission? What do the terms disease-free survival and overall survival mean?

Learn about new cancer treatments such as targeted therapy, immunotherapy, CAR-T cell therapy, and gene therapy. What are the types of clinical trials, and who should participate and why? and much more.

This discussion will be led by Khalid Rehman.
