Spring Health Panel - Mental Health Topics 

Join us on May 2 at 1:30-3:00 for a Spring health panel to focus on a refresh for our mental health. Teresa Wicks is returning with her insightful topics and will moderate the presentation by Kee Dunning and Stacy Stellflug from Keestone Communications.  Both are experts in Mental health and communication. They will focus on improving communication, managing difficult conversations and enhancing our personal mental health and wellness. Tending to our mental heath is one of the primary pillars but often overlooked facet of our overall health and longevity. 


Teresa Wicks


Teresa has been an RN since 1977. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings since 2005, her last occupation teaching nursing for MSU-Bozeman until her retirement. She volunteers for Billings Trail Net and the American Cancer Society. Hobbies include cooking, reading, knitting and bike riding.


Dee Dunning

Kee Dunning, founder of KEESTONE Communication, is a distinguished licensed clinical professional counselor, acclaimed speaker, educator, and owner of Dunning Counseling and Consulting in Billings, MT. With a deep commitment to mental health, Kee specializes in assisting children and families, offering them guidance and support as they confront various mental health challenges. Her efforts extend beyond individual counseling to include collaboration with local agencies aimed at enhancing mental health services for vulnerable community members. 


Stacy Stellflug

Stacy Stellflug, a PhD-prepared nurse and nurse practitioner, serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Mark and Robyn Jones College of Nursing, Montana State University. Her research primarily addresses preparing healthcare practitioners for rural settings, simulated learning, and effective communication strategies. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Stellflug owns Stellflug Health and Wellness, where she practices as a Nurse Practitioner focusing on mental health across all ages, often collaborating with Kee to provide holistic patient car care.




 






















 








Participants will be eligible 
for a drawing to receive a free registration for the Annual Party in June celebrating our
10 year anniversary as a Chapter.


Water and light snacks will be offered.
