Immigration Attorney Eric Horn will discuss the current state of Immigration Law in the United States.     

     Mr. Horn will provide information on topics such as:

     · Employment Authorization and Renewals (including DACA)

     · Waivers U and T visas   Cancellation of Removal

About Eric Horn:

Eric Horn has been a practicing immigration attorney for 30 years, 20 of which have been as a sole practitioner, in Brentwood. Mr. Horn has worked in most areas of immigration law, with an emphasis on asylum, removal defense, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, appeals, special immigrant juvenile (SIJ), Temporary Protected Status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and citizenship.

Mr. Horn is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where he was previously chair of the New York Immigration Court/Asylum Office committee. Mr. Horn is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, where he was previously chair of its Immigration Committee. Mr. Horn is conversant in Spanish, and his staff is fully bilingual.
