About this event:
Ever wondered what happens when you put something in the recycling bin? What happens when something goes to the landfill? How does composting work? Why can something be recycled but can't go in the recycling bin? Where does my recycling go? Learn the basics of landfills, composting, and recycling.
This session will focus on the perspective of recycling local to Franklin County, but will give insight into the recycling process, economic market, and systems across the US.
Come with questions! If you do not live in Franklin County, Maya will be happy to connect you with your local recycling information.
