NYC (P) Volunteer Opportunity – St. Joe’s Soup Kitchen (1:00pm)
About this event
Saturday, March 21, 2026, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

St. Joe’s Soup Kitchen has a long and distinguished record of feeding those in need in New York City. Their mission is simple: to feed the hungry and the homeless in a warm and welcoming environment every Saturday afternoon.
They serve a meal every Saturday. The morning prep shift runs from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, and the afternoon serving shift runs from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
You are welcome to spend the day and see the process through from prep to serving the guests!
Women's Connection members will be responsible for the afternoon shift, serving the meal that the morning shift has prepared.
There’s room for 6-8 Women’s Connection members to take part in this volunteer opportunity on Saturday, March 21st from 1:00-3:30 pm to serve lunch and cleanup. Please keep in mind you will be doing lots of bending to serve the meal.
Registration closes on Wednesday, March 18th.
