The Apple Watch and the iPhone are more than convenient devices. Using features provided on these devices can save your life; they diagnose problems and help you monitor your health.
Are you limping? Is your walking unsteady? How fast do you walk up stairs? Have you slowed down? Are you having an episode of Afib? Did you fall but can’t get up and you're alone? Would you like to show your doctor a history of your heart rate or blood pressure?
If you are rendered unconscious for any reason and EMS is summoned, even though your phone is locked, they will be able to learn your name, know who to contact, learn your blood type, the medications you use, and your allergies.
These are just a few of the life-saving features available for free when you pair your iPhone with your Apple Watch.
