Divorce after 50, often called "gray divorce", is on the rise. While it brings unique challenges, it can also offer opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
Join Oona Metz, a nationally known therapist, divorce expert and author, for an engaging discussion on her new book, Unhitched: the Essential Divorce Guide for Women. She will share the reasons why gray divorce is on the rise, discuss the five phases of divorce grief, and provide tips for how to emerge from divorce with clarity and strength.
This program is for anyone who has been touched by divorce, either personally or through family and friends. Learn how to support yourself and your loved ones as they travel the rocky waters of one of life’s hardest transitions. Oona’s talk will be followed by plenty of time for Q&A.

“Unhitched" is a compassionate guide and steady hand for any woman facing the upheaval of divorce, whether chosen or not. With equal parts empathy and practicality, Oona Metz offers the emotional support you need to weather this grief-filled transition, along with clear, tactical steps to navigate the messy in-between.
