About this event

Whether you are filled with holiday cheer or would prefer to skip the whole season, we can all agree that there are levels of stress that accompany the holidays. Jean Palmer will share tips for a stress-free, more fun-filled holiday season. We will hear from the attendees what ways make the holidays a little merrier and brighter for them. You will commit to yourself at least one new thing you will do that will be different and fun!

Don’t forget to bring an unwrapped toy to donate to Solace.

Jean Palmer moved to Santa Fe in the fall of 2010 from Alexandria, Virginia where she was active in the Metro DC chapter. She founded the Santa Fe chapter in June 2011 and it became part of the national organization in April 2012. She served on the National Board for four years and helped design the Women in Transition and On Resilience workshops and the Peer Group Manual.

Jean had her own training company, Jean C. Palmer Training for Success and Excellence for 40 years. She enjoys singing in the Zia Singers and the Raging Grannies and is very involved as a volunteer in working with the homeless/unhoused in Santa Fe.
