The Publican is part of Paul Kahan’s One Off Hospitality Group which includes Avec, The Violet Hour, Publican Quality Bread, Publican Quality Meats and Big Star.
The Publican is set in a beautifully restored brownstone in the midst of the Fulton Market area which has a rich food and restaurant history. The decor is reminiscent of a European beer hall with seating at long communal tables. The food is farmhouse fare focused on oysters and pork, and they are renowned for the barbecued carrots!

This restaurant requires a reservation fee to secure your spot, and you are required to pay this fee when registering for this event. If you cancel before the specified cancellation deadline, the fee will be refunded to your account. However, if you cancel after the deadline or fail to attend the event without cancelling for any reason, the reservation fee will be forfeited and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please note that the reservation fee will be applied to the cost of the meal.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
