Our Closet in Your Neighborhood (OCIYN) Pop-Up Shop
Our Closet in your neighborhood (OCIYN), part of JFCS, is hosting a pop-up shop at a different location - the Parkway Central Library. This mobile basic needs pop-up program provides free clothing, food and access to services throughout neighborhoods in Philadelphia.
Join us, along with JFCS personnel as we help unload the van, unpack and set up for the pop-up shop. We’ll empty clothing storage bags, set up clothing racks and tables, assist with food tables and check out shoppers as well as act as sales associates at OCIYN clothing shop and food stand.
Volunteer “sales associates” will assist shoppers / Community members during the pop-up shop as they look for clothing and food and replenish stock as needed. At the end of the day we’ll pack up any remaining items and clean up.
A warm and friendly attitude is a must!
NOTE: upon registering for this event you will receive an email with a link to the JFCS/OCIYN site where you will need to register on their platform. You may be prompted to set up a username and password.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
