Learn practical techniques to distinguish between hunger and emotional triggers, and explore mindful eating practices that nourish the body, mind, and heart. Empower yourself to make healthier choices and reconnect with your innate wisdom about hunger and satiety.
🍓Participants will also engage in a brief mindful eating practice, so please come prepared with TWO small bites to eat, such as strawberries, raisins, or some pieces of chocolate!🍫

Our speaker:
Gyll Turteltaub, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist based in San Anselmo, California. As the Executive Director of People & Culture for The Permanente Federation LLC, a national leadership and consulting organization, Gyll provides strategic leadership for physician People and Culture initiatives. These initiatives include equity, inclusion, and diversity, leadership development, and physician health and wellness.
In addition to this role, Gyll maintains a private practice where she offers psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Her areas of specialty include compassion fatigue, burnout, mindful living, and treating anxiety and depression. Gyll has also presented workshops internationally on various topics, such as mindful eating, resiliency, communication effectiveness, burnout, and emotional intelligence.
