Join cognitive health expert Lauren Schwabish for an engaging and practical conversation tailored specifically for women about how our brains change with ageand how to stay mentally sharp through it all. 

This virtual program will explore which thinking and memory changes are a normal part of aging, which may be cause for concern, and what may uniquely impact women's cogntive health.  Lauren will share the latest research, practical insights, and actionable strategies to promote cognitive well-being throughout the aging process.

About Lauren Schwabish

Lauren Schwabish M.S., CCC-SLP is the owner of Neuro Speech Services, 
a private practice based in Northern Virginia, specializing in person-centered assessment and treatment of cognitive-communicative disorders related to stroke, acquired brain injury, mild cognitive impairment, ADHD, and other neurologic and neurodegenerative conditions.


In addition to providing evaluation and treatment services, Lauren is a consultant with several non-profit organizations serving individuals with acquired brain injury, including Brain Injury Services and Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, and she is a volunteer group advisor for the National Aphasia Association’s Parenting with Aphasia group. She has over 25 years of experience working in hospitals and acute rehabilitation centers and is passionate about providing meaningful and accessible health education about the brain to patients, families, and health care professionals. Lauren is committed to empowering communities with evidence-based information and best practices in brain health behaviors.
